Valerie E. Glaser, M.A.

Valerie, an affiliate with Colarelli, Meyer & Associates Inc., has been with the firm since 1987.  She typically works on organizational and family assessment projects, individual assessments and the development of management systems.  She works with a wide range of businesses.

Valerie has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southwest Missouri State University (1985) and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa (1987).  Prior to joining Colarelli, Meyer & Associates, Inc., she worked at Southwestern Bell Telephone for nine years.  During this time, she assisted in implementing self-directed work teams, developed and analyzed employee attitude surveys and developed management training programs.

Valerie belongs to the Gateway Industrial/Organizational Psychology Association.
