Terence J. Bostic, Ph.D.
Terence holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of William and Mary, a Master of Science degree from Bucknell University, and a Doctorate from Saint Louis University.
He has provided a wide variety of consulting services in leadership development, leadership curriculum development, organizational assessment, change management, selection and developmental assessments at all organizational levels, executive and managerial coaching, and development and implementation of organization-wide Talent and Workforce Management Systems. He has been instrumental in the successful establishment of Corporate Universities.
At client request, he serves on Corporate University boards and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of a corporate client. He provides services to family businesses, not-for-profit organizations, religious communities, privately held organizations, and Fortune 500 organizations, operating both domestically and internationally in a wide variety of industries.
Terence is a licensed psychologist in the state of Missouri. He is repeatedly published as the principle author in international, peer-reviewed journals, on issues of stress management, personal resiliency, and psychological well-being. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Consulting Psychology.
