Overview

Organizational success requires common purpose and collaboration, but in a world of performance evaluations and individual bonuses, personal accomplishments often take center stage.  Leadership teams must show the way by functioning as a unified, motivated, accountable unit with a shared vision focused on success of the organization as a whole.


Process

CMA conducts an objective, developmental assessment of each member of the team and prepares an aggregate profile.  We complete a series of teambuilding meetings designed around real organizational issues and document insights and action steps to move the team and each individual forward.  We then conduct periodic progress checks with the team and may provide performance coaching for selected members as needed.
