Jay’s extensive professional work focuses on consulting in business development. Serving in senior level sales and marketing positions with Fortune 500 companies and small entrepreneurial firms for over 30 years, he recognizes the importance of matching the competencies of both sales and marketing professionals with the skills needed to achieve results.

By carefully listening and thoroughly understanding a client’s goals and maintaining a highly collaborative relationship, he helps structure winning processes to improve the effectiveness of business development.

Jay holds a B.A. with honors and an M.B.A. with high honors from the University of Illinois. He’s also been trained and certified in several sales and marketing methodologies including Pragmatic Marketing™ and Solution Selling®.

Spending his childhood on his grandparent’s farm instilled in him a great “love for the land.” He is also the proud father of eight children and enjoys reading books about history and Asian culture.
