  • Establishes a baseline for preparing individual development plans and/or for coaching.
  • If completed on a group, provides insight into group training and development needs.

  • Develop customized 360° feedback questionnaire for individual manager, a group of managers, or a group of individual contributors.
  • Collect and analyze data for feedback.
  • Present feedback to individual, and then individual and manager. Prepare developmental recommendations.
  • Aggregate data for a group and present a group developmental profile together with recommendations.
