Assessment Levels
We offer five levels of assessment:

Executive – for CEO’s, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents,
draws on all four methodologies. Follows your competency model as applicable,
or a model provided by CMA.
- Management – for CEO’s
through supervisors, draws on all
methodologies except job simulations.

or a model provided by CMA.
- Sales – for individual contributors in sales roles. Draws on all methodologies except job simulations. Follows your competency model as applicable, or a model provided by CMA.

High impact individual
contributors – for professional roles (e.g.,
engineers, accountants, information
technology roles, customer service
representatives). Draws on all methodologies
except job simulations, or uses only
selected questionnaires. Follows your
competency model or one provided by CMA.
- Hourly, entry-level, non-exempt – we offer a series of proven products for key hourly roles. You administer the products via computer and receive results in real time.
CMA also provides an expatriate assessment to help understand to what extent an employee will be effective in an assignment in a foreign country.
In addition, we can
provide you with a custom
configuration to meet your unique
needs.
