Assessment Approach
We do business and provide
service in a high touch fashion. We maintain a
dialogue with you as the hiring manager before,
during and after the assessment process. Prior to
the assessment, a consultant will discuss the job
or role with you, as well as your organization’s
business, strategy, culture, organizational
structure, challenges, etc. After the assessment,
the same consultant will provide you with feedback
about the candidate and degree of fit with the
role. All data are integrated by the consultant.
All reports are individually prepared by the
psychologist. There are no computer generated
reports, except for entry level roles.
Our assessment process is based on an integration
of data drawn from four distinct methodologies:

Interview

Background and biographical information
-
Battery of tests and questionnaires
-
Job exercises and simulations,
if applicable
We use only the best tests and questionnaires
available. We survey test publishers and
participate in international conferences to
identify the best instruments used in business and
industry. We do not use instruments developed
in-house. All of our questionnaires have the
required reliability and validity data to support
their use.
