Assessment Deliverables

CMA has provided selection, promotion and developmental assessments since 1975. Assessments are scheduled promptly. Verbal feedback is provided within 1 – 2 business days. A written report is provided within 3 – 5 business days. The written report contains a description of strengths, developmental needs, a recommendation for hire or promotion (if applicable) and developmental recommendations.

We assess three distinct areas:

• The job or role you want a person to perform.
• The skills and capabilities of a candidate or employee.
• The degree of fit between the person and the role.
