Accurate Selection
It is much more pleasant and
gratifying to lead and manage people whose skills,
capabilities and motivations fit the demands of
their jobs. Yet, we all have made mistakes in
hiring, promotions, task force selections, etc.
These mistakes create an unnecessarily high wear
and tear on everyone, increased friction and heat,
an unpleasant situation someone must address, and
eventually turnover. The impacts and costs of
these mistakes are high.
