Assist in defining competencies for success based on job analysis.

Assist in defining steps in selection system process and their appropriate sequence.

For each step, develop instruments and/or methods for collecting, compiling and
evaluating data.

Train internal people in use of system.

If requested, validate system effectiveness
by demonstrating relationship between predicted and actual job performance.
