Employee Surveys

  • Your people – the only asset that is, in and of itself, capable of growth. Your people – the real competitive advantage.
  • Many organizations make effective use of periodic employee surveys to supplement continuous personal interaction with management, to surface issues and ideas, to define culture, and to measure change.
  • If surveys are used, feedback must be provided and action taken.
  • As surveys are periodically repeated over time, patterns and trends can be defined and appropriate actions taken.

  • Assist in defining survey objectives, framework and processes.
  • Design survey to achieve objectives (customized).
  • Analyze and integrate data received relative to objectives.
  • Present survey results and recommendations.
  • Facilitate reviews throughout organization (and/or train internal people to do so) to develop commitment to change.
