Organizational Assessment

  • An objective, data driven snapshot of the state of the organization.
  • Brings into focus an organization’s strengths, culture and its values as well as its challenges.
  • Core values are based on the company’s belief about the right way to operate to achieve success.
  • Culture, in great measure, flows from values that are lived through day-to-day organizational behavior. In smaller organizations, managers can manage by personal presence and relationships. As an organization grows it must manage through an infrastructure of culture, values, systems and processes.
