Organizational Assessment

Overview

A professional, objective evaluation of an organization helps leaders get an accurate picture of its current state and the agenda to move the organization forward.  This information can be used to develop the management team agenda, or as a factual foundation for strategic planning, change management, integration due to a merger or acquisition, succession planning and other significant organizational processes.


Process

Determine the goals for the organizational assessment.  Interview leaders and key personnel to gain firsthand knowledge and to help establish ownership and commitment to moving forward.  We develop a report with the summary of data, our analysis of what is in the data, and our recommendations to move the organization forward.  We review the findings with one or multiple leader groups to build commitment to the path forward.
