Overview

Process
A comprehensive leadership development process consists of a developmental assessment, a pre- and post-360° feedback, and performance coaching. The assessment helps the participant understand strengths and developmental needs. The 360°s before and after highlight the effect the individual has on coworkers and establishes a behavioral baseline. The coaching portion develops capabilities, breaks old behavioral habits and establishes new ones, tailoring the frequent and approach to the needs of the individual. CMA also offers a program, The Leadership Advantage, for mid- to senior-level managers who want to take their leadership to the next level and build a network with leaders in other organizations.
