Kelly Reed, M.S.

Kelly Reed - ConsultantKelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Cum Laude) from Truman State University, and a Master of Science in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University where she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.


Kelly’s consulting work focuses on areas such as: leadership development, organizational assessment, strategic planning, assessments for selection and development, 360 performance appraisals and interviews, talent management, and development of training programs to maximize workforce and leadership performance.  


Prior to joining CMA, Kelly consulted internally for a multi-national organization in the areas of leadership and organizational development.  Kelly's external consulting clients included a Fortune 500 international biotechnology organization and a Fortune 50 international finance organization.  Kelly's major projects for these organizations social network analysis, mentoring program evaluation, and employee survey work.


While pursuing her graduate studies, she was awarded a grant to conduct research on the Medical College Admissions Test for the Association of American Medical Colleges.  Kelly has also presented professional papers on a variety of subjects such as:  measurement development and validation; organizational commitment; job burnout; and moods and emotions.


Kelly is on the St. Louis Organizational Development Network Board, the St. Louis Children's Hospital Young Friends Board, and the Women in HR leadership team.  She is also a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
