Katherine Hadlandsmyth, M.Sc., M.A.
Katie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, Claremont, California. Following graduation, she moved to London, England, where she worked in mental health for the United Kingdom National Health Service, conducting inpatient admission assessments, group therapy and case management. She then worked for the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Service in Bath, England, performing assessments, therapy and conducting research. She received a Master of Science in Social Research from the University of Bath.
Katie is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology at the University of Missouri, St. Louis (UMSL). She has earned a Master of Arts from UMSL, and currently anticipates receiving her doctoral degree in summer 2011. While pursuing her doctoral degree, she has performed intervention-based and research-based work for various organizations including St. Louis Children’s Hospital and St. Louis Charter Schools. For CMA, Katie performs a wide variety of research and conducts selection assessments for law enforcement departments in both Missouri and Illinois.
Katie has presented research at various professional conferences including the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, the American Psychosomatic Society, and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Sciences.
