Joseph P. Mosher, Ph.D.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Masters of Science degree and a Doctorate in Psychology from St. Louis University and has also completed a Post Doctoral Fellowship.  

He has provided a wide variety of professional services for individuals and organizations.  His work has focused on assessments for development and selection, organizational strategy and alignment, 360° feedback, coaching, succession planning, team building, career planning, and conflict management and resolution.  He coaches executives and advises corporate boards on organizational issues.  He has worked with organizations of varying size – family owned businesses, privately held organizations, not-for-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies serving the domestic and international marketplace.
 
Joe is a licensed psychologist in the state of Missouri.  He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychologists, and Gateway Industrial Organizational Psychologists.  He has been a Lecturer at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and taught a graduate level course in the Business School entitled “Building, Managing and Understanding the Family Business.”
