Joseph J. Hoffman, Ph.D.

Joe is an owner and managing partner of CMA, a management consulting firm located in St. Louis, Missouri.

He received a Bachelors degree from the University of Missouri, a Masters degree from Southern Illinois University, and a Doctorate degree from Utah State University.

He has provided consulting services for over 25 years.  He has worked with smaller, growing organizations to Fortune 500 companies including public, private and family businesses in a wide variety of industries.  His focus is increased organizational effectiveness, profitability, and growth through talent management, strategic planning, organizational analysis and structure, leadership and management development, individual and team development, and coaching.  He is also focused on the selection, development and retention of people for current and future roles in the organization.  He serves on advisory boards for privately-held businesses.

Joe is a licensed psychologist in the state of Missouri.  He is the author of several papers and publications, and has lectured on various topics for business organizations and business associations.  He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Gateway Industrial Organizational Psychologists, and Missouri and St. Louis Psychological Associations.
