Jennifer L. Nguyen, Ph.D.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology with a minor in Management and a concentration in Spanish from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. She earned a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado – Denver and a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from St. Louis University.
Jennifer’s work is focused on talent management, training and development, assessment for selection and development, executive coaching, and organizational change efforts. She is also experienced in the development and implementation of employee surveys and validation of selection systems. She has worked in multiple industries such as public and privately held for profit, not-for-profit and family businesses.
Jennifer has remained active in the academic community, serving as an adjunct professor at Saint Louis University where she taught classes in critical thinking and organizational psychology. She served on the Advancing Women in Leadership board for several years, and she remains active as a volunteer. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Gateway Industrial and Organizational Psychologists.
