Jeff Heitman, M.S.

Jeff is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program for Industrial/Organizational Psychology at St. Louis University where he earned an M.S. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.  Prior to graduate studies, he attended the United States Air Force Academy and Washington University in St. Louis, earning a B.A. in Psychology. 

Jeff's consulting experience is focused around organizational assessment and strategic planning, leadership development, job analysis and competency modeling, program design and evaluation, individual assessment, selection, performance management, and mentoring.  He has consulted in healthcare, non-profit, manufacturing, construction, pharmaceutical, insurance, and utilities industries, ranging from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 organizations.

Jeff's research has addressed performance under stress, memory errors, overcoming resistance to organizational change, emotions in the workplace, and mentoring, which has resulted in several academic publications and presentations.

Jeff lives in St. Louis, MO and enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and is a private pilot.
