Jami T. Wolfe, Ph.D., S.P.H.R.

Jami received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in business and psychology from William Woods University.  She earned a Master of Science in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.  Jami received her Ph.D. in organizational psychology from St. Louis University.  Her dissertation addressed transformational leadership and the identification of people at all levels with their organizations.

Jami’s professional work focuses on areas such as: team development, organizational assessment, organizational structuring and development, leadership coaching and development, linking of executive performance with business strategy, talent management, and development of training programs to maximize workforce and leadership performance.  She has assisted organizations of all sizes in multiple industries, from 100-person companies through Fortune 500 organizations.  

Jami holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Gateway Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and the St. Louis Organization Development Network.
