Bill Byham, Ph.D. is Founder and Executive Chairman of DDI, an internationally renowned human resource training and consulting company, and has developed several human resource technologies including assessment centers, behavior-based interviewing, and behavioral job analysis methodology as the basis for selection and training programs. He earned his Ph.D. from Purdue University and his Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University.
