Dana Borchert, Ph.D.
Dana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa. She earned a Masters of Science in Research Methodology as well as a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from St. Louis University.
Her professional work focuses on areas such as: strategic planning, selection and development assessments, needs assessments, survey development, analysis and reporting, performance measurement, training, leadership simulation for executive selection and development, executive ethical audits, focus group facilitation and teambuilding.
Dana has co-authored publications and presented professional papers on a variety of subjects including emotional intelligence for the Praeger Handbook of Human Resource Management; dealing with stress for adult students for the Adult Education Quarterly; validation of the Personality-Related Position Requirements Form for the Academy of Management; and Individual Differences and Executives Recognition of Ethical Violations, for the American Psychological Association.
She is a member of St. Louis Women in HR, St. Louis University Alumni Admissions, St. Louis Children’s Hospital Young Friends Board of Directors, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management.
