Dan L. Bean, M.A., M.B.A.

Dan is an owner and managing partner of CMA, a management consulting firm located in St. Louis, Missouri.

He received a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration and Psychology and a Master in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky, and an Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

He has provided consulting services in a wide variety of industries, since 1980.  His focus is on strategic planning, organizational assessment and structure, leadership and management development, coaching and individual and team development.  He has worked extensively with family businesses, and has served as liaison to the Family Business Forum at Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville and he leads CMA’s Family Business Forum roundtables.  

He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a member of the Board of Directors of The Entrepreneurship Institute – St. Louis Chapter, Youthbridge Association and Kirkwood Baptist Church.
