Overview
Every workplace has disagreements, but when a conflict drags on unresolved, it affects productivity and morale. Sometimes attempts at resolving the issue internally merely send the issue underground only to resurface later. In cases like these, a skilled, impartial professional is often invaluable in moving beyond a conflict.
Process
We meet separately with each party to gather data required to resolve the conflict. We prepare a side-by-side view and facilitate join sessions to share perspectives, identify common ground and explore differences. This often requires multiple meetings. By working through an established conflict resolution model and a model for maintaining effective relationships, we can help identify and build commitment to a path forward.
