Christopher P. Awad, Ph.D., M.P.A.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master of Public Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Chris has performed a wide variety of consulting services focused on improving performance for organizations operating across the private, public and non-profit sectors. His work has encompassed such areas as organizational analysis and change, organizational design and structure, strategic planning, individual assessments, executive team development, leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, group dynamics and conflict management.
He has served on the faculty of the University of Missouri and taught courses in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Strategic Planning and Performance Measurement, Research Methods, Group Dynamics and Conflict Resolution.
He is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Missouri and is a member of the American Psychological Association.
