Brian P. Enright, Ph.D.
Brian holds an undergraduate degree, with highest honors, from Butler University and Masters and Doctoral degrees in psychology from The University of Missouri – St. Louis.
Brian’s professional work focuses on assessments for selection and development, executive coaching, organizational assessment, team development, and talent management for organizations ranging from local family businesses to Fortune 500 companies with global operations. His client organizations represent multiple industries including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, engineering, construction, recycling, retail, government, law enforcement and U.S. military operations.
Brian’s research has been published in The Journal of Clinical Psychology and presented at various professional conferences including The American Psychological Society and The Southwestern Psychological Association. He has conducted seminars on numerous topics including: professional ethics, leadership development, culture change, stress management, and team building. He has taught courses in the practical application of cognitive and personality assessment in the Doctoral Training Program at The University of Missouri – St. Louis.
Brian has also served as a Captain in the United States Air Force where he honed his leadership skills and consulted with high-ranking military officers regarding leadership effectiveness and staffing issues for high-impact and sensitive positions. In recognition of his work, he was selected as Officer of the Year and also earned the Air Force Commendation Medal.
Brian is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Missouri. He is a member of The American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Sigma Xi Research Society. He currently divides his time between CMA’s headquarters in St. Louis, MO, and an office in Munich, Germany.
