Process 

Starting from an understanding of the role, the situation, and the culture, CMA conducts an in-depth interview (in person or by phone), reviews biographical data, and administers a series of valid and normed questionnaires to understand the degree of person-role fit.  A Ph.D. consultant analyzes the data.  You receive verbal feedback in 2 business days and a written report summarizing strengths, developmental areas and developmental recommendations in 3-5 business days.  CMA has assessment processes from hourly and entry-level to CEO positions, with special processes for sales and sales manager positions.
