Overview
When evaluating a potential hire in sales, you need to know whether or not the person can sell your product or service. Our sales assessments go beyond the basics and help you match the individual to the type of selling he or she will do.
Process
Beginning with an understanding of the sales process, prospects, and products/services, CMA conducts an in-depth interview (in person or by phone), reviews resume and biographical data, and administers a series of valid and normed questionnaires to measure critical thinking, sales behaviors, teaming skills, motivational drivers, and (if applicable) leadership and management approach. A Ph.D. consultant analyzes the data. You receive verbal feedback within 2 business days and a written report summarizing strengths, developmental areas and developmental recommendations within 3-5 business days.
