Process 

Beginning with an understanding of your situation and goals, CMA conducts an in-depth assessment of potential and current skills relative to more demanding roles. A Ph.D. consultant analyzes the data, provides feedback first to the participant and then to the participant and manager. You receive a written report summarizing strengths, developmental areas and developmental recommendations.
