360° Feedback
Overview
360° feedback is a well-researched process valuable in developing leaders in all types of organizations. The process compares a person’s self-perspective or intentions to the perspectives of others within the daily business environment – peers, boss, direct reports. This “all-around” process provides the participant with unique insight into strengths and areas for development.
Process
Determine the goals and content areas for the 360° feedback. Identify sources of data to provide the most useful input. CMA conducts a 30-minute interview with each data source, compiles a report of findings, and provides feedback to the participant and then to the participant and manager. A development plan emerges from the feedback and provides direction around specific areas to improve and behaviors to change.
